ARRA Programs/Funding for the Cumberlands Area

ARRA 2009 Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP)

The Cumberlands Workforce Investment Area expects to serve approximately 700 youth.  Early June registrations of 112 represent seventy-five different area sites.  While the Lake Cumberland SYEP will focus on assisting area youth most in need, both in school and out-of-school, there will be increased efforts in reaching and providing services to 18-24 year olds.
