ARRA 2009 Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP)

The EKCEP Workforce Investment Area anticipates serving approximately 3000 youth. As of early June, youth applications were approaching that number; 1735 employer worksites had been identified.  SYEP focus will be to provide services to those most in need youth ages 16-24. The area’s coordinated program, working primarily with Community Action Agencies is titled LetsGo2Work.
